 We strongly recommend that purchasers of property in Tenerife make a Spanish Will. Even if you already have a Will, for the
small cost involved in making a Spanish one, your assets within Spain and its
Protectorates will be dealt with much more quickly and distributed as you have indicated, avoiding the
appointment of sometimes expensive overseas lawyers and perhaps avoiding the payment of more Inheritance Tax than necessary.
