About our team

Tenerife Prime Property, known as TPP, was born in Las Galletas seventeen years ago but now operates along with The Tenerife Property Guide and Las Chafiras Bookshop from premises in Las Chafiras.

Our staff includes Carol Hale, a long term resident of Tenerife (and fluent Spanish-speaker), who handles all our administration and Long Term Rental properties. Carol has been with TPP since Christmas 2004! On the sales side, Danny Metcalfe - husband of soon-to-be-famous writer Gemma (currently working on her third novel), and father of lovely Jude, recently turned one and the apple of his parents’ eyes. The team is completed with George Gray, founder of The TPG and his son, Ali who handles all things computer and Internet-related. We are open from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday, and 9.00am - 2.00pm Friday, or any other time by appointment!
